This hotel is located directly in the tourist centre of Alcudia. An abundance of shops and cultural venues are located in the immediate vicinity and it is just 250 m to the sandy beach. There are restaurants, bars, pubs and public transport extremely close to the hotel. The city hotel was built in 1985 beside a main road and was renovated in 2002. It comprises 130 rooms on 7 floors of which 104 are apartments. Guests are invited to take a stroll around the 4,000 m² garden. The hotel contains a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a bar, a snack bar, a kids' club and a car park. The air-conditioned à la carte restaurant has a separate non-smoking area and highchairs are also available on request. Room service and laundry service are both available as is medical assistance. The tiled rooms consist of a bathroom, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a fridge, an air conditioning, central heating and a safe. The hotel possesses a pool with a separate children's paddling area, a snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. Moreover, the hotel offers water aerobics, table tennis and pool (for an additional fee).
