The hotel is situated in the village of Villaverde in the municipality of La Oliva, 10 minutes from Cotillo, 10 minutes from the Natural Park of Corralejo with its great beaches and dunes, 25 minutes from the capital Puerto del Rosario and 35 minutes from the airport. This is the first rural hotel in the north of Fuerteventura, and the second on the island. It is an old Majorera farmhouse that once belonged to the Calero Rugama family. The construction of volcanic stone and wood dates back to the beginning of the 19th century. The hotel consists of 9 rooms decorated with a variety of antique or rustic furniture, restaurant-bar, garden and leisure room. Room and laundry services are on offer as well, and guests arriving by car may use the hotel car park. The hotel provides convenient rooms, each of which comes with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a TV, a safe and a terrace. Further amenities include a cooker, a washing machine and individually regulated heating. The hotel features a multiple-use sports court (tennis, volleyball, basketball, handball, five-a-side football), as well as horse stables and a heated swimming pool with sun loungers. Other leisure options available to guests include paddle tennis and biking. There is a golf course some 30 km from the hotel. Breakfast is served daily.
